Better Homes has been operating since 1986 and is one of the biggest real estate agencies in the UAE. Good first stop for Dubai rentals — they'll assign an agent to your price band and area shortlist, arrange viewings, and help negotiate the cheque structure with the landlord.

Agent model is standard for the UAE: you pay 5% of annual rent as a one-off commission. If you only want to browse listings yourself, use Property Finder or Bayut instead.
